A young Palestinian schoolteacher is wrongfully imprisoned by Israeli forces. She’s pressured to betray her fellow inmates, and her struggle increases when she gives birth to a son, but she fights to protect him, survive, and maintain hope. 

The film won seven international awards including Best Feature Film and Best Screenplay at the 2016 Carthage Film Festival. It was also nominated for five awards and was selected as the Jordanian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards.
